• One Account Policy: Only one account is allowed per person, household, device, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Accurate Information: Your name, phone number, date of birth, and payment details must be accurate.
• Password security: Keep your login credentials secure. Do not share them with anyone.
• Account Transfer: Selling, renting, or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Mega Casin is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Account registration by minors is completely prohibited. We enforce this through KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

KYC documents must be submitted before withdrawal or after a specified deposit amount. Required documents:

• Clear photos of both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent selfie (with your face and NID visible together).
• Bank statement or mobile banking statement if required.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 BDT (higher for VIP tiers).
• Processing time: Usually 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Verification Required: Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Deposit match: Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mega Casin. Violations may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Betting using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Spreading misleading or false information on the platform.

Mega Casin reserves the right to close any account for any reason, though this is generally only done in cases of terms violation.

• Self-exclusion: You can close your account yourself by contacting support.
• Self-Exclusion: As part of responsible gaming, you can lock your account for a set period of time.
• Restrictions: Violations of the terms may result in a temporary or permanent ban.
• Balance: If you have a valid balance, you will have the opportunity to withdraw it before the account is closed (except in cases of terms violation).
